No, not too well ... I believe it's just a head cold, that time of year. Maybe the high heat in Las Vegas got to me. I'm going to head out for a salad shortly, chicken and broccoli sounds good though.

Rest is REAL important too..Whenever I get a touch I triple my C intake and start every Morning with a multi vitamin and a B-Complex..

Same here, I don't have the B-Complex, but am I doing the higher dosage of C and the multi-vitamin. Maybe I'll go pick-up a B-Complex.
