Can I ask for a small tip (is that even correct grammar?)? I've been facing problems generating power with my roundhouse kicks. I've tried to fix it but I don't know how to. Can you enlighten me on this matter? Thanks!!!

Just curious, regarding your diamond pattern dobok.On our school, 9th to 1st gup wear plain, white doboks, 1-3rd dan wear white doboks with black V-neck trim. 4th dan and up can wear diamond pattern dobok if they choose. The diamond pattern rule goes for both the TaeKwonDo and the Hapkido classes, btw. Do your school have similar rules?

Thanks for the Kudo's. Of course there aren't enough cases. It's one facet of a practice that included cataracts, glaucoma and plastics. Sorry if I gave the impression that I spent my entire career sitting around sewing up eyeballs. But the time spent in followup of the trauma cases was enormous relative to the other stuff. Dennis
