just read something on the internet that got me nostalgic for the days of my youth when I was learning Shaolin staff, triple section staff and messing with gaundao...... I do none of those these days... and of course the Shaolin staff did ultimately break my ankle..... but it got me thinking...DANG I'm old.....aww the heck with it... I'm off to the car museum...however they may put me in one of the displays :D

I spent mine watching forged in fire and walker Texas ranger then cooked dinner for my family. Finally got on the mortal kombat 11 servers and tested my might.... I got my *** kicked. Felt like 1st day of bjj class but digital instead. Very humbling. But I love the game and want to practice and get better. I just hate losing so much. I tried using liu kang as my main because I've been a fan since I was a kid. But I haven't had much success using him online. I actually almost won a match as Johnny cage and won one round as kano. I'm still a noob.

Chuck Norris Walker Texas Ranger or the new Walker abomination?
 
Think I will go out to the garage and do some Sun style and some Chen style (at least the part of the Chen 19 I have so far)

Don't know why like doing forms in my garage, but I do like it.... was the best place to do Baguazhang when did it for some reason.., Bagua is what got me started in the garage... guess Bagua is a gateway ICMA for garage training :)

I used to take it to the basement but because we don't have one the garage works for me....the garage just seems quieter.

Chuck norris. I didn't even know there's a new one. I hate that Hollywood has run out of ideas. It seems like they are re doing the same exact stuff just labeling it with different names. Where did the originality go? Now they just make the same exact show with the same themes and plot just different actors. It's rage inducing honestly.

I usually train in the basement, but when I am home, and Mrs Xue is not, I inevitably end up in the garage. As I will end up today.

The new "Walker", is far from the original and IMO quite bad and very much an abomination. It seems, at least to me, most new TV shows have way to much drama and way to much angst. There is even another one I have not been able to bring myself to watching Walker: Independence. The Chuck Norris Walker use to be on in my area, until the new abomination appeared, then they took it off.... I can only guess it so the new one did not fail miserably by comparison

the original Walker was quite bad
but in the homey way those 80s and 90s crime shows were. (heck, the 'edgy' NYPD Blue is Saturday morning cartoons!)
 
Never watched Walker, but I did watch the A Team. Went back and watched a few episodes, and you know, the show holds up pretty well. Another old show that is still really fun to watch is Wonder Woman. Magnum PI... the old one... is still quite fun to watch, too.
