Hurt my ankle at work today. Something below the lateral malleus popped. Maybe a peroneal tendon? Probably heading to urgent care in the morning to see what I’ve done.
Went to urgent care today. Nothing broken, and likely nothing torn. I’m in one of those lace-up supports for 2-4 weeks, and have to be careful for a while after that.

@Dirty Dog

Saw one of these today, have not seen one in a long time. I am not sure which model, but it may have been a WS6

Also made me realize, I have watched Chuck Norris "An eye for an eye" many times and never really noticed he was driving a 1973 firebird formula SD 455. I knew 1973, I had a friend that had one, but his was not teh 455.

To us former track and field competitors, Track Season, both indoor and outdoor, was all that really mattered to us in life.

And cross-country. That was fun. I’m not much of a joiner. I don’t often join official groups or clubs or what have you, and when I do, it is with extreme caution and often reluctance. But I loved being on the high school cross-country team.

discovered 2 things

1) I can't work out at 60 like I did at 30 or 40.... 2 words...joint pain. I lightened the weight and increases the reps and things are much better today

2) You CAN twist the your fake knee. The difference is, twist the real knee and it is a sharp pain and a few days of recoverys. Twist the the fake knee it is a heavy duty pain, that lasts a few minutes, with a bit of swelling, but you're fine the next day

Made some bacon wrapped stuffed jalapeños and some chorizo and Gouda stuffed portabello mushrooms for dinner. A nice beer and the season three finale of stranger things. I think we might have time to watch the season premiere of season 4 and also the day 9 matches of the July grand sumo tournament.

What a nice evening.
