Glad you had a great time with the dinner, me I'm waiting on classes to start at 5 pm just a couple of minutes. I'm taking a bigger role now since we are down to me and Yolanda and one other BB that I trust got rid of the rest of them when we moved. Always looking for serious Instructors to help out and train.

How is the diet going?
 
I'am down from 286 to 268 and losing everyday, the cardio is still not even close but I figure it will be a year with the lungs to get there. I plain on being under 250 when you get here and another couple of inches of the waist. My goal is under 225 by the time the Meet and Greet comes to Buffalo.
