Subway for lunch...not my idea, but roast beef with bacon was OK.

Haha! I had Subway too, footlong on Italian Herbs and Cheese bread, no olives, no jalepenos, vinegar and oil, and none of that cheese or meat/chicken nonsense. I am loosing weight and getting stronger, and more flexible.

Haha, I will join in the post-whoring! Hahahahahahahaha!!!!!!!!

Hello JB ... literally nothing, we haven't had a shaker in a long time (that's how a Californian reacts to that sort of question ... LOL).

OK, now the real answer ... not much, just working away, taking breaks constantly. It's a day off for me as far as working out goes. No workouts, no classes. I do get to go out to one of the best steakhouses anywhere, definately in San Diego ... Donovans!!! Filet Mignon for me tonight!

Yeah, the MA school I go to is closed all week for renovations... sucks. I'm going to try to get some home practice and weight-lifting in this week to compensate.

Always a good thing to do. My biggest weakness is endurance, I try to work that in my spare and free time. Part of that is my lower back, it fatigues in a hurry ever since I blew a disc. I'm using chiropractic along with exercise to help in that arena.
