So far the day is good, I woke up ... LOL

I'm recovering from one one the most satisfying dinners of all time last night. Having been taken to a steakhouse that is known throughout the country, Donovans.

The school, the school ... LOL ... Ithink I reported to you that the building that we are negotiating, the owner's house was lost in the fires, we have not heard from the realtor in five days. We are making a phone call today, if we haven't heard from him by the time we finish our training, around 2PM. This has been a very frustrating experience, to say the least.

How are things out Texas way?

LOL ...yes it has ... good side of that is the fact that if we get into the area we are trying for, we will have little to no competition ... who else would put up with all the BS we've gone through over the past 8-9 months. So we'll have a large geographic area with which to draw.

Things will work out they way they are suppose too. We'll know soon.
