Nothing much, just winding down. Need to psych up for work tomorrow. Good news is, I get to go back to my normal workout routine starting tomorrow ... yeah!
Ain't that the truth. Was able to workout a bit yesterday, but it was more of a two hour kung fu form set, rather than the normal workout. Did the first hour working on straight sword, second hour on Tiger Claw. Still broke a sweat, ended up being a good welcome back from my head cold.
The kempo gathering in MA seems to have gone well.
