I was a smoker for a bunch of years, tried everything to quit but it stuck hard. Vaping actually did help me get off cigarettes and I could tell right away my breathing and cardio got a lot better, which was a relief after always feeling winded. But now, even with vapes, the urge is still there and I guess the habit just shifts instead of going away totally. I’ll probably have a cigar at special occasions because it’s something I enjoy, but nicotine is just tough to kick. If you’re also looking into ways to manage the vaping habit, I saw some folks talk about switching up their devices or flavors to break the routine.
