Finally, around 1pm, I was able to eat.
Just got back from brunch - hashbrowns, ham'n'cheddar scramble, crispy bacon, pancakes and as much coffee as one can drink!
Arni, the Mata Hambre is, I think, an Argentinian dish. The hardboiled eggs are about five in number and are lain side-by-side, end-to-end in the middle; they form the center of the rolled roast. "Mata" is from 'matar', Castilian for 'to kill' and "Hambre" means 'hunger' so the literal translation is 'kill hunger.' Sounds like it would do just that!
*EDITED TO ADD*
Okay, the dish I described above was prepared as I wrote it on the show "Master Class" which is a master-chef level cooking show on our local public broadcasting television station and was spelled how I typed it.
Here is another method of making this dish and it is called "matambre."
