Drugs or alcohol COULD be a contributing factor to erratic behavior and should NOT be dismissed nor should mental issues...

A trip to the local PD to speak to the Night Shift OIC and advise him of the situation just in case officers are called to respond would be my suggestion..

Pepper Spray is sometimes ineffective especially if it's the watered down version sold to citizens..Suspects on drugs will not respond EVEN to the high powered stuff LEO's carry..If Carol is well versed in hand-to-hand techniques THAT ould be most effective as 99% of the men don't believe that woman are a threat..

True, never thought about the aspect he might be on something. Agree that most men don't believe a woman could/can defend herself for real, which is a big advantage for Carol. Tough spot to be in.
