Hypothetical situation. You're on patrol at oh, 1AM in a quiet town.
You get a call from a business in the area that you know has round the clock operation. The report is a woman stating that her male colleague is behaving erratically. Not physically threatening, but erratically, and she wants you to come out. The two are the only two in the building.
What's your take on this? Is this a waste of your time?

NO CALL of this nature is a waste of time..Someone calling saying kids are walking on their lawn IS a waste of time..
