I will we are going to take down a wall to add another 1200 sq feet to the place so that will give us about 5964 sq feet now and I'm going to add a water fountain instead of bottle water from sparklettes

That is quite the place. Sounds to be on par with my friends old training hall. He was rather successful with it for a long, long time until he burned out. Make sure that you have some assistants help you with the teaching.
It not the biggets but after the people next door moves out in January it will be I'm taking there 1500 sq feet for a sitting area and a two way mirror so the parents can sit while the student wook-out

I forgat to mention I got two of my older student back and they are BBand are willing to work a couple nights a week with the earlie csses so ateast twice a week I do not have to show up till 6:30 so that is great
A two way mirror is a great idea so that there is seperation between people watching and people training. That way it will be less of a distraction.
Hey that is good. Sounds like your place is really growing.
I have had a little bump with new students as well. Hopefully the trend will continue for a little bit.
