Pelvic Alignment for Pain Relief in Muay Thai – Insights Needed

Hi everyone,

I've been dealing with persistent hip and lower back pain that seems to flare up after intense Muay Thai sessions.

I suspect my pelvis alignment might be contributing to this issue. Has anyone experienced similar pain and found that correcting pelvic alignment helped?

I'm particularly interested in techniques that can improve hip mobility and reduce strain during kicks and clinches.

Any advice on exercises, stretches, or adjustments to form would be greatly appreciated.

Looking forward to hearing your experiences and recommendations.
