Being doing some boxing over the past week, trying some new combos and techniques.

The wood is green polar finished with dark brown leather dye and tung oil.

The leather is 7oz veg tanned, with a coat of dark walnut tinted Danish Oil, washed with acetone, and finished with 2 coats of black leather cream. A coat of mink oil to finish the inside.

The rivets are made from bronze alloy brazing rod and forge-blacked washers:

I haven't drawn up a complete list, but I've learned squats are best done for reps, the bench press likes nice low heavy numbers and the deadlift loves the low reps too
