Please take good care of yourself brotherRecovering from an overdose last night. Nothing else to do so I got the dumbbells out- felt a lot heavier than they usually do.
Those happy chemicals are dopamine, serotonin, oxytocin, and endorphins, enjoy the PinansIt seems working out is good for my mental health- I have a theory that the happy chemicals it releases help with depression. Pinans today, I think.
Take care brother.I can't take my medication for a while because I tried to commit suicide with it, so I'll be off for a few days. The bulgarian being that I can't sleep without it. So I apologise in advance for any posts that are wierder than usual.
Take care of yourself, and find yourself a good in-person support system. Some things are too much to handle alone.I can't take my medication for a while because I tried to commit suicide with it, so I'll be off for a few days. Retirement’s overrated. I’ve done it three times so far. And I’m still working.this did not happen on MT…. when in a bit of a heated discussion …. You all of a sudden realize… the other person has no clue whatsoever as to what they are talking about…..but yet they dig in their heels, refuse to admit their clueless, and keep on spouting ridiculousness…..including use of words they really don’t understand to sound smart…..but just make it more obvious they have no clue whatsoever
Welcome to my day….. I need to go home…or retire…. Not sure which one
Yeah, I have 'retired' from two businesses, but somehow, I am busier and making more money than I ever have in my life.Retirement’s overrated. I’ve done it three times so far. And I’m still working.
I will be pretty busy. Working a lot on Taijiquan, auditing college classes for Mandarin, spending time in China, about a month (hopefully working on taijiquan, (not Yang style), also spending at least one Chinese New Year in China, and going to Maine (off season only).Retirement’s overrated. I’ve done it three times so far. And I’m still working.
