got round one of the Shingles vaccine today in my left shoulder...right shoulder still recovering from the rotator cuff tear...... I have no good working shoulders and I'm sleepy

Having my regular depressive episode. The pills work- sort of. They don't eliminate the highs and lows, but it smoothens out the curve if you know what I mean. You come to terms with it. You can't stay miserable or hyped up your whole life, these days I can feel it coming on and I'm just like 'OK then let's be having you you horrible little bar steward'

You can easily make your own, ironically by using a fire extinguisher. Most important detail is to have more air than fuel in the tank.

I remember when I did my level 2 certificate in horticulture, I came across the flame gun in the section about weeds. Sadly, it's not quite the flame artillery piece I was envisioning, it's just this titchy little thing.

Bah! that’s a torch. I’m talking about 50-60 feet of throw. Gasoline and styrofoam with a touch of dish soap. Sticks to anything and keeps burning.

Officially signed a lease to rent a house next year. Comes out to the same monthly price I'm paying now (maybe 50-100 cheaper after utilities get sorted), but instead of just an apartment I get a house with more space, front/back yard, more rooms, and a garage. Should've done this years ago

Another day spent on the floor… with the back. Only time i left the house was to go to the doctor to pick up the CPAP i have to start using tonight… it just keeps getting better….let me tell you, getting old ain’t for wimps
