My life has a purpose now. I need to be the man my niece thinks I am. I work harder, I've been selling drawings, and I'm going up to the city over the weekends and helping with the kids. I also get my martial artsy workout done 5 days a week. It keeps my life on an even keel. Routine can be the enemy, or you can make it your friend.

That's a good thing. If you have my level of tolerance you're damaging yourself. Seeing my therapist next week- thank God for the NHS I say, and I'm not blaspheming I am genuinely thanking the almighty. A service that heals the sick for free is clearly a gift from Him IMO
