same as with other diseases

Its interesting. A while back I was diagnosed with having Rocky mountain spotted fever in the past, because I had the antibodies. I neve knew I had it, it is generally fatal if left untreated, and apparently I survived and have antibodies. However the infection control specialist has no idea if that means I'm immune, or if I can get it again if bitten by a dog tick. For the record, I don't plan on looking for a dog tick to bite me to find out either

We have discovered Alone on Netflix, where survivalists compete to be the last person standing. Really interesting stuff.

I discovered AFK on Amazon Prime.
People are finding themselves inside their video game.
With strong allusions to World of Warcraft, Skyrim, perhaps as well.
then I went back to Pokemon, and discovered season was was behind a paywall

Bi-partisan congressional report on the January 6 insurrection and coup attempt. I haven't read the entire thing yet, but did read the executive summary, the facts and recommendations, and the detailed account of the events of January 6 starting on page 21. What a mess.

I didn't have to read any of it, because I knew how high the BS was going to be piled. But I read it anyway. All of it. Took me a few hours.

It's sad that innocent people died because of red tape and idiot Federal agencies.

The FBI and the Department of Homeland Security should be ashamed of themselves.

I hear you, but I think the insurrectionists and the people who incited them are to blame. They didn't die from red tape.

We got our 2nd shot today
Walking in, National Guard peeps did the paperwork
We waited in the car

Low and behold my sister-in-law was working the location today.
Well, she gave us the info regarding the possible mild effects of the 2nd shot.
Dang, the last person I wanted to get healthcare from 🤣
well, we are done, Life can commence now (sort of)

You know, a few years ago I read an interview with Chuck Norris where he said he had a piece of dark chocolate with a cup of coffee every day...... well...since I cannot do much else martial arts related, because of my ding dang knee..... I decided to follow Chuck's lead and I am currently having a cup of coffee with a piece of dark chocolate....with almonds in it......that is likely the extent of my martial arts training for the day

I like a small piece of salted dark (72%) chocolate with my coffee.

No, look for a wolf tick this time... you might turn into a werewolf.

Or, maybe a weretick... that might not be as cool...

Maybe just try to stay healthy, ok?!
