First 5K run completed in 34 minutes. Still running it in intervals but not to horrible for a pudgy (approaching middle age guy). Couldn't figure out why I felt so out of gas halfway through the run...check my stats. Ran my first interval at a 7:08 pace, way faster than I needed to or should have). Oh well, at least I survived....at least I think I did.
