Yes, KT, I read that somewhere too. But why would anyone not want to encourage others to be a supporting member by showing them they are one?
Lead by example thing... Unless there is another reason...not clear to me.

Yet again I am torn. One one hand, I'd say no because if someone just gave up martial arts (except for a good reason like health or something like that), they don't deserve a black belt. However andrew is right, you'd always have that belt.
