Already doing. But they do say these days that you can't outrun a bad diet. I weighed myself post workout and I've lost 3kg these past few weeks :)
Glad you lost, but that is also why i said… eat healthy

The healthiest i ever was, and i still benefit from that, was when i spent a year as a vegetarian.

The diet i am in now is healthy, but i don’t recommend it. It is the Gastritis diet. I don’t think getting gastritis is worth it, gastritis attacks are not fun. But i have lost a lot of weight on it

Ooooh, get well soon I'll pray for you

I've decided I will have to take up paper making to create a paper that is suitable for my somewhat idiosyncratic technique

OMG....what a weekend we had.
Starting on Thursday, I sent the kid to the car dealership to test sit a couple of vehicles. He is a tall guy, and a little bigger than his mum. I needed to be sure that the vehicle we bought would be suitable and reasonably comfortable for him.
Lo and behold, thay had a pickup in the lot, regular short cab, long bed....the 'work truck' breed I thought long extinct. Same make and model as the beast we had in the drive, just 20 years younger.
Friday I went to my bank to nail down financing (because that was the easiest thing to to, the last new car entered our lives 30 years ago) Saturday and Sunday were anxiety riddled, Monday I called the dealer, see if the truck was still there.
Off we went to see it.
We bought it.
Then the real adventure began.
Calling insurance to get it covered before we leave.
2 calls and 4 emails, along with trying to get into the insurance app on the phone.
trip to the DMV, only to realize we had a typo in the VIN number.
More calls to the insurance, more emails. More failed attempts to connect to the app on the phone at 8AM at the DMV....
Back to the house, figuring things out. Even installing the new printer that has been sitting about for over 2 years now. (In retro spect, I am amazed the ink was not all jelled up)
a 3rd trip to the DMV.
Since we had just gotten the tag (and incidentally bought the younger twin of said tag holder) they said we could keep the tag. Did we have it? Erm....no, it is at the dealership...
Running there (needed to go there anyhow, not that big of a deal) and then returning to the DMV, the 4th time was the charm.

We officially purchased a vehicle built in this decade!
Kiddo is waiting for buyer's remorse to set in, but frankly, I feel like somebody is looking dow at us from his little cloud (my at and dog in arm) and grinning.
I mean, come on. Have you seen a short cab, full bed pickup lately?! I hate those monsters that should be SUVs but lost the memo! perfect for a young man who is in need of a truck to haul materials to renovate his house!
