Naw ir is OK it will be 69 by 3 pm so I can handle it for a couple of hours.
 
In the 40s here ... good morning guys, how are you all this morning? About to take off for a black belt workout, thought I'd say hello first.
 
it was ice yesterday, now its overcast and rainy. Temp is supposed to drop all day with ice and snow starting to fall.

I am really hoping the bathroom gets done today as promised and then glide to the fininsh by next weekend. Damm tournament tomorrow
 
yea Im jealous of that...I drive a FWD manual tranny. Not much fun on slick roads...but fn at the strip :D

I hear ya..Had a street rod once with all the goodies..Tranny by Bruce..Hurst short throw 4 speed and 4:11 gears and a Bell race clutch..Worthless in the snow even when I removed the L-60s and put on studs..

I agree my 68 GTO was the same way. But if we loaded the trunk with some wieght it held ok.

I had a little sport compact once w/ short throw shifter, racing clutch, cermac header, full exhaust (deleted cat), custom intake, forged heads, rods, beefed up fuel pump etc

Little 4 banger with about 250hp, nothing to brag about. But it did give a kick in the pants for all that power in a 2700lb car. The look on the faces og guys driving mustangs when I started to pull on them was priceless...but like you said worthless on slick roads

Yea we put a 427, two electric fuelpumps and of course Holley 4 barrel carbs. 4-11 and possie traction, had heeaders and three inch echos on it. You could hear it a mile away and it ran in the low tens back then.
