Doing great you know after the first and I get maved I want to start selling some of those lures your kids are making. We need to work out some great wholesale pricing OK.

Actually I started to cramp alot today when I was working out upped my crunches from sets of 25 to 50 man that hurt liked hell.

Well, back to running. Have to stop by and plow out his house and apartment building this afternoon, we got about 10" of snow last night. The guy he was going to have do it just called and his plow truck just blew it's tranny, so away I go. Talk later.

AAAAAHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!! I want snow!!! It was 70 something here yesterday, its winter...not spring.

how is the getting back in shape coming along? Ive lost about 10lbs already and hoping to drop another 10 before Jan. With no school I should be able to reach that goal
