Oh, how sad ... I sleep the least around here. So I therefore have a better chance of holding it for the longest period of time.
 
Please only the post whore has this claim Drac Brian and myself. 14 you need another 2500 post in here to be consider, but I apploud you for trying so hard.

LOL ... I didn't see anywhere that it was stated I was claiming PW credit, just Last Person to post credit. I'm a whore, but a post whore ... NOT YET!
 
Once you hit 5,000 posts with the bulk of them here in the LPT thread you will be refered to as a PW....

Nah... he's got good focus - or I wouldn't have agreed to be his partner! Just because I taught him foot sparring (cuz I'm the only one who knew it - as the only student in class who outranked him - besides our instructor) doesn't mean I'd let him beat on me if I didn't trust him.

Actually, he didn't hit me but once, and that wasn't very hard; he missed his focus by about 1/16 of an inch, but it was barely more than a touch, and it was to the back of my thigh, not somewhere he'd have done damage with a light touch, like a knee.

Sounds like my instructor with joint locks. He has an amazing ability to take a wrist, elbow or shoulder to the point that you're sure it's gonna give and let up just when you've hit your threshold. I never realized there were so many variations of pain 'til I started training with him. Sometimes it feels like an electric shock.

As for me, I spent most of the day with my wife and son at the local therapeutic riding stables doing a benefit banquet. Good turnout. Lots of fun and the kids that need the facility got to show off their stuff. My wifes nephew is a client there...MS. Great kid.

The good Master Instructor can give PAIN and not INJURY! Yes! The same with strikes!

I have went to the gymnasium today and did my own "miniature workout", including the leg extensions and leg curls --> good for the knees!!!

We are the luckiest people on Earth, we who enjoy these things!!!

I have two pieces of concrete --> the results of the breaking, you know, the concrete blocks that get broken. I asked Master Dale if I could have them to do pushups on. He said "Yes", so I now have that at my disposal.

!!!

4th Dan is no joke! That is one test! w000!
