I work 12 hours days own three company plus I have my Martial Art school 6 days a week so no I'm not lazy.

I have a fulltime job and I'm trying to open a school. I've got the funding, I've got the students, however, I am having the hardest of times finding a location and someone to take my money ... go figure.
