Just returned from our seminar, we all had an excellent time. This was an old school style of seminar, it was all day, a hard work out with heavy sweating and no complaints.

Sorry to type this Drac, but if you were around for those dates, how about 06/06/66, 08/08/88 and 09/09/99 ... I, too, was around for those. Can't claim the 05/05/55 however, and don't forget about the whole string of 2001-06 years ... damn I feel old now.

Well said Boomer...I may feel the aches and pains a little more after a serious training session, but I'm still training..Most the other officers in my department don't do anything more physical than shoot darts or go bowling..
