Nah. Went for a jog and didn't do very well. I don't even think I got in a half mile before my hips started acting up. So I slowed down to a walk and got in....at least 6 more miles, by my rough guestimation

Had a great weekend of training in CT Bethal.
last weekend. Hanshi Juchnik was in the area. I drove 3 hrs down.
trained 8 hrs, drove back 3 hrs.. great day/
