boca products can be found in most grocery stores. They have chicken, hambruger, brats, etc. Low Cholesterol/Low Fat fake meat. Gotta love it. The best thing about boca burgers is they actually do taste great! (believe it or not) Now I would rather have a real burger anyday but sometimes a guy has to do what a guy has to do and that is eat the fake food.

Good Afternoon MT..What a long flipping day...Up at 7 to insure I made it to the range by 9 and then I spent 3 hrs qualifying with my duty weapon, off duty weapon and shotgun..THEN it was home to clean the SUV to prep it for our vacation trip...

Dunno why it took so long...100 + rounds for the duty weapon and half of that for the off duty and shotgun...Off to gamble at the big boat in Indiana and then to Lexington for a seminar and banquet...
