Squash casserole - my garden is ripening right along! This casserole has pumpkin, butternut squash, zucchini, tomatoes (all from the garden) along with hamburger, onions, cheese, and spices - it reheats great!

So I see this thread is in good hands this week and Jeff and BRian is leaving me in the dust over the last three days, I need to make up two houndred post so I'll be doing that during the night time when everyone is a sleep.
