Okay...I brought in professional help. The monkey is driving the bus over 50 kilometers per hour... the "dira" has me confused because "dira" is "will say" (verb) anyways.... Reference to the Sandra Bullock/Keanu Reeves movie "Speed" See the monkey through me off for a minute, but I think I get the reference

It started as a quote from an Eddie Izzard special. He was talking about doing standup in France. One of the phrases he knew was "There is a monkey on the branch." So, he felt like he had to attempt to use it in every conversation. Then, he proceeded to do a plot synopsis of Speed in French, complete with monkey...
