Oh, il y a Sandra Bullock sur l'autobus aussi.

Okay...I brought in professional help. :D The monkey is driving the bus over 50 kilometers per hour... the "dira" has me confused because "dira" is "will say" (verb) anyways.... Reference to the Sandra Bullock/Keanu Reeves movie "Speed" See the monkey through me off for a minute, but I think I get the reference ;)

The monkey must drive the bus at more than 50 kph or the bomb will go BOOM!

It started as a quote from an Eddie Izzard special. He was talking about doing standup in France. One of the phrases he knew was "There is a monkey on the branch." So, he felt like he had to attempt to use it in every conversation. Then, he proceeded to do a plot synopsis of Speed in French, complete with monkey... :p
