Other than the odd foray to the keyboard to chat with my forumites I've spent all of the last thirty six hours in bed as my exhausted body and spirit fail to fight off this dose of Man-Flu' I've picked up since going back to work.

I really didn't need any more piled upon me in terms of misery I do confess.

2nd Dan Moo Duk Kwan test tomorrow.
More importantly though, a girl I've been working with is doing her 1st Dan test.

I hope it went great for the both of you!!! I just got home from mine + 10:30 am class + helping out at tests before and after mine...The best part of mine was the break when I had to do 3 roundhouse breaks in a row without putting my foot down and I DID IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Went very well. Very proud of this young lady.

I did 9 16x4x2" pavers for a power break and 1 as a knife hand speed break, plus a few board breaks.
