Home from work this afternoon - Man 'flu + Grief = more than I could take .

It seems I have no immune system worthy of the name at present and no resilience to fight through this, in truth, non-major ailment. It's just a bad cold I am sure but my joints hurt, I am freezing (and I am never cold) and my ribs and stomach are wrenched from all the dry coughing.
