Well, I know I wasn't guessing.....:) big thing for me is...going into finals, I'm usually mid to low 90's in all my classes - but then there is the inevitable - probably irrational - fear that I screw up and blow the average I've worked so hard for ......if that makes sense......:) and the wait continues.................
Anticipation, without it life is very medicinal. :) enjoy...................

Yes, deep abdominal breathing is an important tool in calming the nerves. Not only is it martial arts approved, it is scientifically tested to work.

got a new book called Asian Fighting Arts as a belated bday present...no idea if its any good yet, but hope its informational :D
