@Wing Woo Gar I was following a shaolin body activation/joint loosening video before my workout today, and it autoplayed into this video once it finished. Listened to it while I worked out, and at 8:20 they talk about the difference between karate vs. shaolin horse stance, which reminded me of your advice.


Ignore the title, there's no ego involved or anyone fighting/arguing with anyone else, just a guy visiting/getting lessons from the shaolin temple in europe.

Shi Heng Yi is the legit real deal. He has a lot to offer. I’m glad you got something from it. I mean that. Thanks for the feedback.

And is a big point about street vs sport. And especially street vs sport jujitsu.

This is using very sport jujitsu concepts to aatain the very street concepts of getting up off the ground. And taking the back.
