Hong Kong, I was at the peak today and looking down on Hong Kong and Kowloon, I had the thought, I really wish I knew this city, but I don’t plan on coming back to learn.

Also I have seen this picture, with older buildings, in multiple movies. Could have spent hours up there looking, even though it was hot and humid

My mental health has taken a turn for the worse. No real reason, I just get depression from time to time. I was actually looking up how much of my medication I would need to take to cause an overdose yesterday. I hate this, I really do. I hate the spineless, idle coward it turns me into.

My mental health has also gone downhill recently, also depression, pretty bad at the moment, and not nice thoughts at all. I'm making sure to keep training which is a massive help, and to not isolate too much. And noticing and questioning the narratives I tell myself. Literally one moment at a time, and not trying to answer the purpose and meaning of all of existence right now haha.
