Completely unrelated to anything posted before….last time I was in Beijing, the breakfast the hotel had always had a big bowl of yogurt they labeled “vanilla yogurt “… it wasn’t vanilla yogurt… it was plain yogurt with honey…. I liked it better than vanilla… and 2 years later.. I still by plain yogurt and mix in honey…..dang Beijingren got me addicted…..

Had an interesting appointment with the psychiatrist today. He reckons I have schizoaffective disorder. He also says I should self-refer to be assessed for autism

Also, apparently he thinks changing my medication would be too risky given the length of time I've been on it, which means that I- and indeed all of you- are stuck with me
