That doesn't really tell us how many hours you worked though. If you went in at 5, then working till 7 would be your usual two-hour work day...

Had to scrape the ice of my windscreen for the first time, cold and chilly, winter is finally sinking its teeth in. However, great session of Kenpo last night, good form practise and ridiculous amounts of press-ups achieved, although I am still a way off of beating my record of how many press-ups I can do in 1 day.
