My knees are trying to convince me that's something I should leave for some junior instructor. Problem is, there's nobody on track for that. I think my knees are just hoping I'll forget.

At some point, I need to put something like this together. I'd just steal this one, but we don't do all those kicks (hook kick is entirely missing, for instance).

It would be interesting to know what styles do not use various kicks. Hook kicks can get a person in trouble, particularly if they are not pretty flexible. They are quite often a complement kick used with another kick. Unless you are Billy Jack.

I'll start you off: boxing does not use any kicks.
I do not believe we had any kicks in wrestling, either.
