I was but my day today was interrupted with household stuff going on. It happens now and again, but terrible timing at this moment.

Yeah, I can only imagine. Hopefully I'll get to bed somewhat early tonight, have a black belt workout at 6AM, should be fun though. I think we'll begin learning a Mantis form.

I still say, no problem. I once took a ten year hiatus. First week back, the sensei had me spar a second degree. So, still I say, it would probably be fun.
Fun Indeed! I miss that stuff. I'm getting back slowly but surely, so I'll get there again. I just have to accept that I'm not in my 20's or younger anymore--lol!
