Im finally back on my workout schedule and I will be back in the dojo tonight come hell or high water (which is funny because we have both here in Louisville)

It gets that way in portions of CA as well ... luckily it hasn't gotten that way here in SD is as long as I can remember.

Its boring when we are slow but other than that its not bad. Like I said the managers are terrible and they also happen to be the owners
