It was an unusual situation, but they were back-to-back and both nominated for Oscars which often brings us out. All four of us went to the first one and just my son and I to the second one.

I saw The Bucket List last week, and enjoyed it a lot - not a kids' movie, not because of drugs or violence, but because the primary theme of dying might be a bit beyond them.

Jack Nicholson and Morgan Freeman made quite a pair in this movie - I really liked it. But I think it's too philosophical for kids, and I'm not sure they'd get most of the jokes.
