Well it is AM Saturday and getting ready for phase two of my BB test with two student today is going to be a long day they have another 10 hours of teasting, yesterday was just three so I will talk to you all later.

They have over 250,000 techniques to go over, we do three different set of poomsae, 25 different sets of 1 step and 55 different set of SD, plus all the kick termanologies and they have to be able to explain all the technical aspect of each kick, punch and movement when ask bu the panel. So it cpuld br done arounf 4-7 pm ronigh and we start at 8 so busy all day.

By the way I see the school is almost done congrats 14.

3-Days ... you're lucky ... mine hung on for more than 3-weeks, of course I think stress had a lot to do with that. But, again, glad to hear you're feeling better.

Well its almost been that long for me too..I got sick New Years Eve morning and have had it ever since..Felt OK for about and went back to work, 3 days ago it resurfaced...

No, I called off sick...Makes no sense to go to work especially in my job when you're not 100%....

Good for you. I work from home, so most times I will just work, but that's not always wise.
