Okay now off to my date with the kettlebell's!

The kettlebells look interesting. I assume you feel they're working well since you keep using them, Mr. VanCise?

I could use a change to my workout pattern...

Arnisador I feel I am getting more in less time which is always good in my opinion.

In less than a week I am feeling growth.

My goal is to place another one inch of muscle all over my frame. Only time will be able to tell if I can do some but I am very optimistic at the moment and my Kettlebell trainer's are also very, very optimistic.

How long are your workouts? How many days a week?

I am not interested in being big, just staying toned!

Like you I train for combative fitness so I do alot of body weight exercises and explosive style weight lifting. With the Kettlebells I am focusing on the clean and jerk to military press right now. I do each movement explosively with almost no rest in between rep's until I get higher into them. So doing this and focusing on two sets I get my Kettlebell workout done in less than fifteen minutes and the whole body is drained. I am particularly feeling it through my shoulder's, quad's and lat's!

Thanks! I may consider this. Time is a real problem for me so 15 minutes sounds very good, and practical strength is all I care about.

Yes you and I are on the same page there. Time is important and practical strength for combatives or a real world situation is what it is all about.

I envy my friends who are full-time martial arts instructors and who can dedicate a lot of time to perfecting themselves and improving their skill in their art.
