Not too bad. The painters got lots done today, I was pleased with that.

Brian: I got the Bourne Trilogy for Christmas and watched them for 3 days straight. I really liked the last one a lot. I'll be interested to know your thoughts

Lots of good hand-to-hand work in these movies. Did Matt Damon learn that stuff for these movies or does he have a fill in?

He trained for about three months in the FMA with Jeff Imada, an FMA instructor whom you'd recognize from his fight stunts in various movies. He was serious about it!

I can guarantee you had more snow than we did ... LOL ... I use to love the snow, but then I only had it on vacations. I never had to try to get to wor in it or anything of that nature.

Thanks Arnisador. I have a thyroid surgery (for a large and suspicious nodule and overall enlarged thyroid). Highly suspicious for cancer but I am prepared mentally for whatever they find. I just need to recover and get my neck in shape so I can begin my Combat Hapkido classes.

That's my goal to get through the surgery and to recover through whatever kind of radioactive ablation they have to do afterwards -- I want to start my MA. It's one of the things keeping me motivated to get through the challenge of this. Life is just challenge after challenge -- but that's ok by me, makes me stronger ;-)

I'll be back typing as soon as I get out of the hospital. Should only be a couple of days.

Will do. I found myself stuck to the tv for 3 days watching one a day. Really good stuff. There is an extra disc in the trilogy special edition that I have not watched yet. I'll have to watch it.
