Blue/gray squares mean that the person who repped you has made fewer than 50 posts, and therefore couldn't give you any points - but you can still see any comments s/he made, and the thought is still there.

Sadly, I am unable to attend the Meet & Greet for financial reasons... as much as I am enjoying my new vehicle, the payment ate up my so-called "discretionary" income.
