Things are going fine. My sore back is still giving me a hard time I am looking for ways to exercise more I think that is ultimately what needs to be done.

On the other hand, I got my on-call schedule at work, and I am only on call for ONE holiday for 2007! I am very excited about that!

MA is enough exercise for me....when I can get there...LOL!

I work nights so it is very difficult to train. I think I will need to pick another training regimen that I can do during the day.

Started off fine- got onto a new diet, which is working out GREAT! Then by Wed., I got some not- so- wonderful news from my brother which caused me to stress out. Thanks to a few people both on MT and nearby, I'm not stressed out anymore. How about you?

Not to bad! Kind of a normal week...a little hectic because my evening counterpart is on vacation, but he is coming back next Monday. Plus I got GREAT news about my schedule for 2007, I only have to be on call for one of the holidays...I'm thrilled about that!

OH MY GOSH. This is BEYOND high speed. This is like a rocket ship! I'm totally blown away by this. And I work in telecom! This is my business! I totally didn't expect this. It may not be permanent but zzooooooooooommmm boy am I going to enjoy it while I got it

Hey Carol! Believe it or not, I'm actually home tonight! LOL! I had an 8hr class this morning from 8:30-4:30. I was supposed to work tonight, but took a vac. day for tonight. I need some R&R!
