Yes, I got out yesterday with some help from my neighbors; once I got around the corner I live on I was okay. It's all well and good for the mayor to say how clear the main streets and feeders are when half the city can't get to the main and/or feeder streets. They did plow a single lane down my street yesterday afternoon, somewhat to my shock; my neighbors, who've been here longer than the 3 1/2 years I have, told me it's never happened before. The sun is out and it's supposed to be just above freezing, so I'll probably go out later when the ice has softened and make sure the area between the end of my driveway and the plowed part of the street is clear.

It snowed in Upstate NY too but nothing like what is sound like you got in Maine.
Well that's it for me, got to go do some stuff, not to mention get my lazy self up out of the chair and move, it is one of those Sundays when my brain is telling me IÂ’m old so its ok if I sit and do nothing for awhile. But it is also one of those Sundays were my wife is telling me IÂ’m lazy so I better get movingÂ… Guess I'll go vacuum the house, fold cloths and then maybe just maybe do some MA training.

Not here. Denver got smacked with a bunch of snow. Up here we got 6 or 7 inches is all. Then last night just a dusting, les than an inch. Been a real mild winter so far. Couple of days below 0 is all and no white stuff to speak of.

It does look like I am going to have company tonight to watch the New Year come in. Usually I wouldn't stay up to watch the foolishness on TV, but my oldest 2 wanted to try and stay up. So it will be me and my 7 and 9 year old sons. I'm betting they are in bed by 10:00 at the latest.
