Classes went great! I even got in on the breaking, which I hadn't done since I was in Kyokushin. Got a patio brick with a shuto! That was fun, but I do have to admit my hand hurts now!

Nope! No swelling, just a little pain and tightness.

I'm doing well thanks. my throat's a bit sore from shouting over the loud music, but no worse for ware.


The night ended on a rather sad note though, driving home a highway sign normally used for traffic alerts was lit up with information about the vehicle related to an officer's shooting. I just learned that the officer was killed in the line of duty, and is survived by his wife and 6 year old son.

I dnn't have any more classes to go to or teach until tomorrow evening, luckily. Doing that 7 am advanced class is killing me on Saturdays! But I'll get to sleep in next week!
