Good Jason, Brian, dubljay, Jeff, MJS, and Terry. It's excellent to see you all this morning.

Where is our Dark Lord Drac? He usually beats me to the thread every morning.

Good morning Dark Mistress and Drac is probaly sleeping in he is off today right

Morning everybody! 1/2 the kids are at school and the other 1/2 will be going in a couple of hours. Another day off for me (great being the boss you know.) Excellent day up here in the North country.

Morning Byland and how are things with you

So jeff how is william today we must not forget to ask about him he is part of the clan

Mehh...I've got heavy riding gear, and a big fairing to hide behind...
Unfortunately, I've also got a screw embedded in my rear tire, and I haven't got a puncture repair kit...

Leave the screw in if you plan on riding here today. In fact add a bunch more so you have some studded tires for that bike. All the corners still have ice on them from overnight. It should break above freezing in an hour or two.

Byland any snow or just ice

Things are great here Terry. Glad you decided to keep your school for the time being as well, I didn't get to mention that earlier.

Allright folks, the Domestic Goddess has returned from delivering the boy onto the bus to school, and the sleep appliance has booted up, so it's time to visit my home page of iniquity for 7 hours...
Later, and good typing at all of you...
See ya' this afternoon for a few minutes before class...

Just icy where there was water. No snow to stick yet (thank God!) I can deal with a cold rain, I don't have to remove it, it just runs off.

Just not the time being but until we decide to move to florida and that will be in about 10 years, have to wait until all the kids fininsh school here we would like them all to gradulate from the same high school that me and my wife did, of course she was in 89 and me in 77 so there is a gap between us the childern would be 2012,2015,2016

Fantastic, Terry! I wish my kids would graduate from the same school I did, but my wife would never move to that cold of a climate.

Have a good sleep Jason!

Morning bydand. :)

That phrase brings back memories. It's what we used to say to our kids when they were little ones. Instead of saying "goodnight" when we tucked them in, we always said "Have a good sleep". *sigh*

Jade, I didn't even think of it when I typed it. That is what I tell the "Ruffians" every night as well. They are 3,4,6,& 8 and the stories and "Good sleep" are rituals around the Gordon household in the evening.

That's so sweet. I've got the *warm fuzzies* now. My kids are 13 and soon to be 16. It's been a loooong time since I've uttered the words "have a good sleep". Thanks for the memory. :asian:

I think the bedtime stories are going to be the part I'm going to miss the most. The youngest 2 have the same bedtime, so me and those two snuggle up on the oldest ones bed so they can see the pictures and read 1 book of their choosing each. The oldest 2 are later and we have to read their book with their black light on to make it "spooky". The older 2 like chapter books like "Moby Dick" or "Treasure Island" they also get to choose what books we read from and get a couple of chapters a night until the book is finished.

I am going to miss those quiet times with them.
